What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I am an Associate Director and I manage seven properties—most of them being buildings in Boston, plus an HOA country club on the North Shore.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing my to-do list completed! Accomplishing what the clients have asked for and responding to all homeowners inquiries on a daily basis provide me with a great sense of accomplishment.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Property management is non-stop. Everyday there is something new and when you think you have all your tasks completed, several more items are placed on your plate—so being organized and having a firm schedule really helps.
Working out and everything fashion related.
My perfect weekend is having both of my boys, my dog, and my husband all together. It does not matter where we are doing as long as we are in the same place. Having said that, it will most likely involve sports—either the boys have a game or we are skiing or golfing. It all depends on the season.
Dirty Dancing.
Yes—be more present and live in the moment. Worry less.
Skiing for sure (I broke my wrist when I tried snowboarding 22 years ago!). However, there is nothing like a good apres-ski after a few hours on the mountain!
My main work goal for 2026 is to work more efficiently. Property management has so many layers, so finding ways to be more organized and efficient is key.
