What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I am currently the Associate Vice President of Condominium Property Management and oversee the portfolio we manage out of our Holliston, MA office. I actively manage a small portfolio so it usually involves meetings with clients and handling the day to day operations. I also manage a team of managers as well and am responsible for making sure they have the support they need to provide exceptional service to our clients.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
I think the most rewarding part of my job is helping our clients in many different ways. A lot of our role as managing agent is to educate our client. Making sure they understand their role as a Board member or maybe even helping a new owner understand just exactly what they just purchased in a condominium and how it affects them as an owner. Working for a company like BRIGS also allows for great flexibility in schedule, which allows team members the ability to have balance in areas where previous companies didn’t necessarily allow that same flexibility.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Since COVID, clients want immediate response to requests, it has become more challenging to manage the day to day and set expectations with clients due to this new world we are living in. The fact that more and more people are working remotely from home, allows for our client to have more interface with the ongoings of their community during day hours which was never the normal case prior to COVID.
I enjoy golf, and watching my kids sporting events.
This is a great question, I have several close friends that inspire me. They are truly doing “What they Love”. One in particular relocated to another part of the country, and took a huge leap of faith in starting his own company and has been quite successful in building multiple companies now. It’s truly inspiring to see how he has accomplished this in a new area in a very short amount of time.
I am currently watching a ton of series on streaming platforms, honestly I watch too many shows. Just recently finished watching Ted Lasso.
Spending time with family and watching my kids play sports

My kids love DQ (Dairy Queen) so that would have to be my go-to treat for sure!
Long story short, for ten years I traveled the US with a performing arts group competing throughout the country, I’ve been able to see parts of the country I otherwise would never have been able to. It also has given me some of my closest friends and to this day I am close to most of these people.
