What is your role at BRIGS, and what do you do in that role?
My role at Brigs is a Property Manager. We offer full service apartment management services for privately owned rental properties throughout Boston and Greater Boston areas. I manage owners’ assets to the highest degree allowing them to refocus their time and energy on areas of their lives that they enjoy most. Additionally, I provide customer service to prospective tenants and current tenants to allow them to live in some of the most favorable parts of the city.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
When all parties are satisfied with their experience. The most important part of my role is customer satisfaction. Being able to cater the needs of owners and tenants simultaneously is the most rewarding. It allows for great tenant retention and leads to referral business by the owners which then leads to expanded business for BRIGS to expand our footprint.
What are you looking forward to this summer?
I look forward to the days that can be enjoyed outdoors barbecuing or out on the water boating.
