What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I am a property manager for the L2 department, working remotely with 12 associations in both MA and NH. My day to day includes video calls, calls, and emails with vendors, owners, and the board of trustees.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part is being able to take the pressure off from the boards and knowing they can rely on me to handle the day to day items of their associations. Their peace of mind is very important.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
One thing that can be challenging is when the board wants me to personally see the issues or meet with me in person. They understand that they belong to a division that comes with a fully remote property manager, but sometimes they want more in person service.
When I am not working, I am always on the move! I love traveling, experiencing new things, and learning a bit of everything. I love reading books too, but my passion is photography and poetry.
My ideal weekend is escaping to a new place, eating something new, and doing fun activities.
Only because I have seen it so many times : The Last Samurai.
I like the changing colors of leaves in fall, though not necessarily in my hometown.
Coffee with pumpkin spice is definitely a MUST.
I enjoy everything that I can get to.
