What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I’m Michael Valente’s (our VP of Condominiums) assistant, and I help him and the condo management team in any situation that may come up. My day-to-day includes reviewing my email inbox, making calls to vendors or residents upon Mike’s request, assisting other Property Managers with tasks/projects, and taking care of billbacks.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
When I learn something new and am able to help others.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Dealing with extremely angry homeowners. And some vendors are hard to get ahold of.
I love indoor cycling, going out to eat, and watching Korean dramas.
My ideal weekend is getting coffee, a little shopping, spending the afternoon on the beach, and finishing with dinner in a nice place. Then repeat. It is a plus if I worked out that morning before coffee, of course with an indoor cycling session.
The Twilight saga.
No more rain and the weather gets chiller! It also means my birthday and Halloween are coming.

We don’t have that type of activity in my city due to the weather. At this time of the year, we have October’s Fair—a lot of rides, food stands, shows, and concerts. It is pretty fun!
