What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?

I’m the Director of Project Management. My day-to-day involves:

• Understanding the needs and objectives of the project, taking an overall view, and maintaining the coherence of the project.
• Defining project objectives, goals and deadlines. 
• Planning and organizing work, delegating tasks, managing resources and monitoring project progress. 

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? 

Finishing a project that was successfully managed from beginning to end.

What’s something you find challenging about your work? 

One of the most common challenges in project management is identifying project goals. When goals are not clearly identified, the whole project and team can suffer.
