What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I am the on-site Property Manager at Chapel Hill West Condominiums in Framingham, MA. I oversee daily operations to ensure a comfortable, clean, and safe living environment for every resident. My role includes managing unit owner and tenant relations, coordinating office and administrative tasks, and responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and maintenance needs. I serve as a consistent point of contact for the community.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Going home 😆 (JK). Doing my best to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming place to call your home and simply shooting the breeze with my residents.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Spending a day in Newport, Rhode Island or anywhere near the ocean.
Saving Private Ryan is one, but I have so many others I could name.
The cool air, football…
I like it, but prefer my coffee black with no sugar.
Not really—I can sit in my backyard to view the foliage.
