What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I’m a Senior Client Services Representative. I assist our clients with many things such as billing, general inquiries, clarification on general communication and much more. I also assist internal co-workers.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Making a difference–even a small kind gesture–can impact someone’s day. Whether it is internal or external. I always get the opportunity to learn something new.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Not having all the answers.
Cooking.
Being outdoors, spending quality time with family, friends and parakeets.
My dad.
No. However, I’m a big Harry Potter fan.
