For positions that allow, we offer our employees a hybrid work experience. WFH, head into the office—however you work best.

Vacation when you want it

BRIGS takes pride in the incredible work ethic of our employees and rewards that dedication with a flexible PTO policy. Our staff requests PTO as they see fit. That means nothing accrues and nothing expires. Time off is there for staff to enjoy when they want—or need—it. 

Back to school, on us

Full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement. BRIGS will pay up to $2,000 annually towards tuition for any undergraduate or graduate course or program. Never stop learning.
