How long have you been in business?

We’re 26 years young.

Where are you based, and what area do you serve?

Our HQ is in the heart of Boston, and we have offices in Beverly and Holliston, MA and Salem, NH. We manage apartments, condominiums, and HOAs in Boston, throughout MA and NH, and all around New England.

Are you a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI)?

Yes, we’re a national and New England chapter member of the CAI. (Head here to check out some of the awards we’ve received from them.)

Are you a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Rental Housing Association?

Yes. To stay current in the management of investment properties, we’re members of both organizations.

What’s a management company, and what does it do?

A management company is contracted by a community’s Board of Directors or individual property owners to provide a range of services, such as financial reporting, staffing, communications and maintenance and repairs. A management company reports directly to the community’s Board of Directors or Owner, and all decisions are reached by a majority vote of the Board.

Does BRIGS offer online payments for condominium fees and rent?

Yes. We encourage it. Simply log in to your account via our Online Services portal.

Can I make a maintenance request online?

You sure can. Just head to our Online Services portal. If your issue is an emergency, please call our 24-hour emergency maintenance hotline at (617) 536-4900.

Residents/Homeowners

How do I log in to my association's web portal?

Logging into your account is simple. You can follow the steps below or watch the attached video to walk you through the process.

  1. Go to portal.brigsllc.com

  2. In the upper right hand corner of the portal, click on the Login link.

  3. This will bring you to the login page where you enter your email address and password.

  4. If you have forgotten your password, you may click on the forgot password link and it will email you a link to reset your password.

  5. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Client Services at ClientServices@brigsllc.com if you need additional assistance, as they would be happy to help you begin your journey of being better connected to your account and your community.




Do you know how to place a common area service request?

There are 3 easy ways to place a common area service request.

  1. Log into your web portal at portal.brigsllc.com and place the work order online. This is the best method to submit a work order, as it will create a history and allow for tracking of the request.

  2. If you do not have access or are not comfortable using the portal, please email the work order to ClientServices@brigsllc.com. Our Client Services Representatives will than input the service request into the portal for you.

  3. Call the main office and Client Services would be happy to take the service request over the phone and enter it into the system for you. They can also assist you with logging into the system if you are not able.
