Trustee/Management Relations

We provide a full-time team of trained professionals in accounting, maintenance, administrative support and every department in between. Property managers are available to meet with trustees about finances, records, capital planning and other management matters. And our controller oversees the preparation and delivery of comprehensive (and easy-to-understand) financial reports to trustees on a monthly basis.

Our property managers keep all community members informed and up to date through newsletters, annual meetings, phone calls, e-mails, surveys and plenty more means. We also keep community members in the loop about board and committee meeting schedules, meeting minutes and actions taken. Bottom line: We make sure everyone receives the information that’s essential to successful planning and effective decision-making.

 

Preventative Maintenance

When it comes to preserving and increasing property value — and eliminating costly, supplemental assessments — the importance of preventative maintenance can’t be overstated. That’s why, at the onset of our management contract, we work with trustees to develop and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program. Areas of focus include boilers, HVAC systems, building envelopes, emergency systems, equipment, fitness centers and common areas.

For community members, our industry-specific software serves as a convenient, one-stop shop. Trustees and Owners can get real-time information, submit maintenance requests, access condominium documents, view account balances, make payments and execute other functions — all online. Our crack customer service team is always on hand to assist. But we know that, sometimes, you just want to DIY.
