Preventative Maintenance
We provide long-term planning so that you know what large expenses might be looming in coming weeks, months and years. (Those aren’t a fun surprise for anyone.) As soon as our contract starts, we’ll devise a preventative maintenance program that includes sufficient routine maintenance, plus planning for future capital needs (things like equipment, HVAC and emergency systems). Your bottom line — and your property value — will be better for it.
Routine Maintenance, Repairs and Building Projects
We’re available during office hours — and around the clock via our dedicated phone line and our online portal — to field maintenance requests. While our in-house staff can do a lot of the work on your property, some large capital projects call for additional contractors. We have long-standing relationships with a roster of top regional vendors, and they’re who we’ll call on if we need to. We solicit bids to ensure you’re getting the best-quality job for the best price. And we only use vendors whose standards we’re 100% confident in.
Tenant Relations
Communication is key in ensuring your property’s residents feel cared for and secure. We produce and distribute newsletters, memos, notices, emails and other modes of correspondence to keep tenants in the know about building projects, community events and any other matters that might impact their living experience.
