Here’s what sets the L2 Management Program apart:
Dedicated Remote Managers: Each association is assigned a dedicated remote manager who focuses strictly on operational aspects and communications. This allows for uninterrupted attention to detail. Quarterly virtual meetings ensure the association’s board stays informed, while monthly written updates keep the community in the loop.
Streamlined Maintenance Operations: Our maintenance team plays an essential role, handling all property inspections and maintenance needs on a monthly basis. They are also available to meet vendors onsite when necessary, minimizing the need for managers to be physically present.
Specialized Project Management: For large capital projects, our expert Project Management team works directly with the Board to ensure successful execution, adding more value to the association without stretching the resources of your dedicated manager.
