Meet the Team: Marecela, Senior Client Services Representative

What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like? I’m a Senior Client Services Representative. I assist our clients with many things such as billing, general inquiries, clarification on general communication and much more. I also assist internal co-workers.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? Making a difference–even a small kind gesture–can impact someone's day. Whether it is internal or external. I always get the opportunity to learn something new. 

What’s something you find challenging about your work? Not having all the answers.  

What are some hobbies you enjoy?  Cooking. 

Who inspires you? My dad.

Do you have a book, movie, or TV show you are enjoying at the moment? No. However, I'm a big Harry Potter fan. 

Tell us about your ideal weekend plan. Being outdoors, spending quality time with family, friends and parakeets. 

What’s a motto or mantra that you live by? Be kind, you never know the hidden battles people fight in silence. 

Coffee or tea? Both.

Do you make New Year’s resolutions? Any you’d like to share? Spend more time with my overseas family. 

Skiing or snowboarding? Snowboarding

What’s your favorite part of winter in New England? Ice castles and Christmas lights.
