Meet the Team: Ashley McNair, Vice President of Property Management
What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I am the Vice President of Property Management.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job? I enjoy procuring homes for tenants and expanding portfolios for owners.
What’s something you find challenging about your work? Having to say “no” in an industry where we strive for good customer service. My biggest challenge is saying “no” to a tenant or client.
What are some hobbies you enjoy? I enjoy cooking meals for my family, going shopping, and doing pilates.
Do you have a book, movie, or TV show you are enjoying at the moment? I’m a huge reality television fan, and I can also rewatch Homeland and Game of Thrones at any given moment.
Tell us about your ideal weekend plan.
A morning stop at Marylou’s for a medium raspberry-lime Red Bull, a long stroll through the aisles at Target, a car ride with good music as I head to Homesense, T.J. Maxx, and HomeGoods, and then sushi for dinner.

What’s a motto or mantra that you live by? “Smile at a stranger, it will brighten the world.”
Coffee or tea? Iced caramel latte with extra caramel and sweet cream foam.
Fall is just a few days away—what are you looking forward to most? Apple Cider donuts, sweaters, and boots.
Pumpkin Spice Latte—yay or nay? NAY.
New England really shines in the Fall. Where is your favorite spot to visit?
Honey Pot Hill Orchards in Stow, MA for pumpkins, apples, and apple cider.
