What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like? I’m a customer service representative. I help owners with general inquiries, maintenance, documents, ledger reading, emergencies and anything else I can assist with. We solve problems on a daily basis and follow up until everything has been taken care of. I like to keep open and continuous communication with all the departments to come up with solutions efficiently.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? Being able to help our clients when they are dealing with an overwhelming situation or even just being able to clear a simple doubt. A “Thank you!” always makes my day.

What’s something you find challenging about your work? Having to find a way to solve problems in the most efficient way possible is a challenge we go through every day.

What are some hobbies you enjoy?  I’m a very DIY kind of guy. I love learning new things, so being a handyman in my own place is my hobby. I also enjoy doing carpentry, plus I’m a musician and I love playing different instruments (mostly guitar and steel guitar).

Who inspires you? More like “what” inspires me. Art is the great muse in my life, especially music.

Do you have a book, movie, or TV show you are enjoying at the moment? I’m taking some time off from watching TV, too much distraction.

Tell us about your ideal weekend plan. I love to wake up late on weekends, hit the gym, meet with friends at a restaurant, and spend Sundays with family always.

What’s a motto or mantra that you live by? Be thankful, life is far too precious to waste time with a bad attitude.

Coffee or tea? COFFEEEEEEE

Fall is here—what are your favorite parts of the season? The weather and October moons.

Pumpkin Spice Latte—yay or nay? I’m going to have to admit I have not tried this one. Iced coffee is the craziest I go. It’s coffee, c’mon, not a cocktail! Lol jk.

What country or place would you like to visit in the Fall? I love Vancouver and Seattle in the fall, beautiful colors.
