Meet the Team: Kevin Brown, Senior Property Manager

What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like? I am a Senior Property Manager. Each day in property management is different—which is why I enjoy it.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? I enjoy the constant challenges and being able to find a solution.

What’s something you find challenging about your work? I pride myself in communicating in a polite and professional way, even when it may be especially challenging with angry homeowners.

What are some hobbies you enjoy?

I enjoy going to flea markets, going to the beach, swimming, hiking, and camping.

Tell us about your ideal weekend plan. My ideal weekend would be spent outside in the sun.

Coffee or tea? Iced coffee.

What is your favorite summer memory? I try to make the most of my summers and pack them with memories. Each year I add a few new favorite summer memories.

Any summer travel plans? This year, I am planning a camping trip in North Conway, a little getaway to North Carolina, and going ‘upta’ camp on Moosehead Lake in Maine.

Beach or pool? Beachfront pool preferably.
