Meet Edgar Hernandez, Client Services Team

What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?

Client services: I attend to homeowners with doubts or issues they have on ledgers, and day-to-day, I answer owners' emails to provide correct information.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? 

When I can help owners with any doubts they have, owners hang up happy with the services provided.

What’s something you find challenging about your work? Nothing is challenging with the team we have; we get replies very quickly with any doubt we have.

What are some hobbies you enjoy? Reading books, listening to music (I think music helps your mood)

Tell us about your ideal weekend plan. 

Going out to visit family members and going on a camping trip.

What is your favorite movie? Grown-ups (with Adam Sandler)

Do you make a New Year’s resolution?  Being able to finish building my new house, there is still work to be done, but we are almost there.

Best spot to stay cozy in your hometown in the winter? In the cabins on the outside of town.
