As we wrap up another incredible year at BRIGS, I want to take a moment to reflect on 2024 and extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been a part of our journey.

Every achievement this year—from delivering exceptional customer service to tackling complex challenges—is a testament to your hard work, dedication, and professionalism. Your commitment to excellence sets us apart, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team we’ve built together.
2024 has been a year of growth, milestones, and innovation for BRIGS. From launching transformative programs to expanding partnerships and implementing cutting-edge technology, our achievements this year reflect the collective efforts and vision of our team. We introduced AI technology internally this year, laying the groundwork for expanded use across many levels in 2025, including optimizing property management processes, enhancing client communication, and improving data-driven decision-making. We also established a new Financial Management Group to assist with loans by expanding our network of banks nationwide, ensuring clients have access to tailored financial solutions that align with their goals and BRIGS' commitment to enhancing property value. This group is now analyzing reserve accounts to potentially offer higher interest rates for our clients. We’ve enhanced our Living Reserve Study Program, moving it from beta testing with select clients to a gradual rollout across our portfolio. We anticipate presenting it to all clients by the end of the second quarter of 2025. Additionally, we’ve completed significant capital projects, expanded our portfolio with new clients, and embraced technologies to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
While our project management division saw notable growth, we also faced challenges in managing the increased volume of work. To address this, we are implementing more robust workflows and expanding our team to ensure we can meet demand effectively. Despite this, we successfully completed more projects than in the previous year and are staffing up for 2025 to better meet the growing needs of our properties. These accomplishments reflect the collaboration and trust within the BRIGS community across all departments.
As we look ahead to 2025, I am filled with excitement for the opportunities and challenges that await us. We remain committed to delivering exceptional service, implementing sustainable practices, and developing innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients. Together, we will continue to set higher standards for property management.
Thank you again to our clients, staff, business partners, and service providers for making 2024 such a remarkable year. Your collective efforts have not only shaped our achievements this year but have also laid a strong foundation for continued success and innovation in 2025.
